combined with technical expertise in networking and knowledge of contact
center applications and requirements, position her as one of a handful of

Manish
Hadaoo

With
exceptional Engineering and Management background, Manish’s consulting
experience spans all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). While
focused on discovering and implementing effective and efficient technology
solutions for a wide array of vertical markets such as Telecommunications,
Insurance, and Power and Manufacturing, he has also contributed to business
process architecture and outsourcing strategies.
Manish holds a Masters in Technology from the Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian
Institute of Management (IIM) and is PMP certified. |

Woods - With
over 20 years of business consulting, JD specializes in developing strategic
measurement plans that help clients manage key relationships, whether they
are with employees, customers, or both. JD’s
particular expertise is designing and implementing projects that link
specific business goals such as talent retention, reducing employee
turnover, and managing health care costs. He also brings extensive experience as a moderator for focus groups and in
conducting high-level interviews with senior management.
JD has worked extensively with Fortune 100 companies such as UPS,
Siemens, T-Mobile, Wachovia, CapitalOne, and Anheuser-Busch.

David
Steckel

Dave is a results focused technical marketing
consultant who assists clients in generating new revenues and new markets
for new/expanded product lines. Dave is recognized for Leadership and Global
Results. 25 years of increasingly responsible Bell Labs positions in high
technology product development and marketing, sales, IT/telecom operations
management, and experience with global customers is now being brought to
bear for Business Essentials clients. He launched four telecom product lines
with sales exceeding $1 billion. As Project Director for General Norman
Schwarzkopf during the Desert Shield and Desert Storm campaigns, Dave was
directly responsible for installation of the front-line telecom system
installed in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He has built terabyte level storage
systems installed in multi-state, multi-country networks and data centers in
the U.S., Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. Dave consults today with IBM,
HP, Cisco, Fujitsu and other leaders in the Telecom/IT field to increase
their sales.

John
(Jay) Walsh, Jr. – With more than 22 years of business experience in
large corporations and small entrepreneurial companies, Jay brings a variety
of specialized talents to clients.
After 18 years in various roles at International Paper, Mr. Walsh began
consulting six years ago, with initial efforts as a turn-around specialist
for a plastics manufacturer. He
also successfully completed the sale of another company.
With a breadth of knowledge, he has developed and implemented
accounting, and policy and procedure systems, and developed sales strategies
and tactics for start-up software and consumer product organizations, as
well as a pharmaceutical company. A
licensed Life and Health, Property and Casualty agent, Jay is an HR
Management and Resource expert, and specializes in both Human Resource
management and Sales and Marketing plan development.
Jay is a PHR designee, presented by the Society of Human Resource
Management.

Lemmond
- George is a consumer
marketing professional who builds brands and solves problems. His broad experience is brought to bear for companies
that need creative, practical, and profitable results from their marketing
efforts. He specializes in writing succinct and persuasive
communications. His belief is that "Good writing is Good thinking
applied with Craftsmanship." George learned the basics of
marketing at Proctor and Gamble, where he guided the branding of Crisco Oil
and Duncan Hines Mixes, now leaders in their categories. Later, he
moved into the retail field as Director of Strategic Planning and consumer
Affairs at Target Corporation. He launched their consumer research
function, supervised testing labs, launched private label programs, and

Tom
Klingel - In his 30
year career, Tom has been involved in successful start-ups and turnarounds
in the technology fields of gaming, education, and state government
consulting. On his path to becoming a CEO in a public company, he held
executive positions in IT, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance. In 1999, Tom
led a successful IPO for a company he was responsible for turning
around from near bankruptcy into an industry leader. He understands the big
picture of business and believes you must think outside the box to become an
industry leader. His philosophy is “4 heads are better than 3, 3 heads are
better than 2, etc”. Real teamwork is a requirement for success.
Communication between departments is a necessity and the goal of the company
needs to be understood by all. He has been successful in implementing this
philosophy and knows how to get the job done. |

Mike
Nyden - 25
years of Sales and Business Development experience provide clients with
real-world methods for selling. Mike's approach is direct, focused, and
typically aimed at transitioning the "farmer" into a
"hunter", and the "hunter" into a "rainmaker".
His goal with each client is to facilitate the development of the most
effective approach and/or solution in order to build the client's ownership
and long-term commitment. Responding to customer demand, Mike developed the
structure for BE&A's Training and Adult Learning practice. He also
manages various office responsibilities, including consultant placement and
quality assurance.

Tom
Calvert - With
25
years of telecommunication systems planning and management experience, Tom
is an acknowledged industry expert in the area of call centers, voice and
data telecommunications, and in the application of their associated
technologies. Tom has had responsibility for the conception, business case
development, and project management of hundreds of multi-million dollar
projects.
Before joining BE&A, Mr. Calvert utilized his legal
background, creating the audits department for Bank of America, to assure
conformance with regulatory requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley.

deCastro - John's experience includes more than 29 years
in AT&T and Lucent Sales, Marketing, National Account Management,
Business Process creation / design, and worldwide project management for Information
Technology and Knowledge Management groups. He has been involved
in Business Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, Project Management,
Marketing, and Supply Chain management for the past fifteen years.
